Today we read part of chapter 20--there is no new assignment, but we read the first three pages.  There is a link to the text of chapter 20 below, and the reading questions can be found in the post from Wednesday.  You also have a vocabulary quiz on Wednesday, do not forget--list 3.

We watched several scenes from Forrest Gump yesterday. We did this in an effort to understand what the film wanted us to understand about historical events, this is what The Iliad does.

Today this is what we did.  Sentence structure and subject verb agreement. Exercise C on page 593, 2 on page 604 and D on page 616.
